[Fiware-testbed] WP10 at the next plenary madrid meeting

dear all,

first of all happy start of the new year!!!

as we received really too few answers to our questionnaire i think a
more aggressive approach is needed towards the other fi-ware
colleagues.
my idea is that at the next plenary week (23-27 Jan in madrid) we
should organise ourselves as follows:

- a preliminary plenary wp10 ws (everybody needed for 2 hours max) to
fix the plan and all the open points
- a set of bilateral ws (2 hours max each) between wp10
representatives (not everybody needed) and each technical wp (leading
representatives at least) including wp2
- a wrup-up plenary wp10 ws (4 hours max)

of course this plan will be after a strong complain with the project
management about the poor performance with respect to wp10 of the rest
of the wps.

please send your comments and or additional suggestions by this
wednesday (11 jan) eof so that on thursday i can send our plan to
juanjo for organising the meetings.
