Being said we provided by now the information you requested to dimension the infrastructure accordingly to have the concerned GEs for First Major Release could you please update me on the plans  have them installed ?

Hello,

We are currently finishing the planning of the testbed that , as all we know, in this 1st stage will be distributed between machines in Red.es and UPM. We will have limited capacity because this is a contingency solution while we wait for the definite infrastructure. In this context, we will fit Security in on of them and we expect that it will be easy since Security do not seem to be particularly demanding in terms of hw resources needed.

>From what I read in the Implementation Cockpit (https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/testbed/index.php/Testbed_V1_Implementation_Cockpit):

 *   Identity Management GE (NSN) - As a service - not on the testbed
 *   Identity Management GE (DT) - As a service - not on the testbed
 *   Data Handling GE - not acceptable, it does not provide detailed requirements and we cannot dimension the infra with this
 *   DB Anonymizer - not acceptable, it does not provide detailed requirements and we cannot dimension the infra with this
 *   Security Storage Service - not acceptable, it does not provide detailed requirements and we cannot dimension the infra with this
 *   Security Monitoring GE - not acceptable, it does not provide detailed requirements and we cannot dimension the infra with this. BTW, we see that the cockpit shows that it is for September, I had the idea that it was for July. What's the situation with this?

Can you please address this so that we have time to plan and prepare the infrastructure for your chapter?

Tell them to take into account that we have contingency infrastructure that is very limited. Therefore, we would apprecite it if you could take the memory requirements down to a minimum (ideally 1Gb -  2Gb at most if you really need it)

Please make sure that any changes are communicated by adding them to the pages linked from the cockpit, not by email. Each GE owner has to maintain his own page to ensure that the info is up to date and trustworthy.

I will provide a quick answer to the request to update you, coming from Engineering.

CPD
=====
As this is going to take longer than expected, UPM are kindly providing extra servers. We will do this:

 *       Red.es - WP3 GEs
 *       UPM - IoT and Data GEs
 *       Cloud will wait until we have the definite infrastructure
We are studying how to handle both environments and also considering if there is a way to connect them directly.

INSTALLATION OF ENABLERS
=============================

 *   As far as I am aware, we are sending emails to the GE owners of WP3 giving them instructions to deploy on the VMs that we have deployed.  I believe that not all of them have received such emails (but most of them have)
 *   We do not have any news - we have not been notified of anyone installing
 *   We will set up the tracker to  follow up integration of enablers.
