[Fiware-testbed] testbed weekly phc

Dear Stefano,

Thank you for taking the trouble to adapt to our summer schedule. The
concrete dates vary largely depending on the company. I would assume the
others would give you different dates. In the case of Telefónica I+D, we
resume the normal schedule on the 17th of September.
