[Fiware-testbed] minutes of yesterday phc

Hi

Yes, one comment. In the 1st point it has to be explicitly stated that
the only Task running at the moment is 10.1 and the rest are not kicked
off. The list of partners in T10.1 is limited. The participation of the
rest is highly appreciated and indeed useful but they have to make sure
that will not run out of resources when it comes the time to do the
integrations.
