[Fiware-testbed] no weekly phc this afternoon

Dear Stefano,

This was among a few pending issues.  I did manage to contact Juanjo. This is the summary of what I got out of him (he was reading the DoW with me and looked pretty sure!):

 *   Deliverable D10.3 due on M10 (end of Feb/2012) comprises:
    *   Integration Plan
    *   Testing Plan - it maps very well with task 10.3
 *   D10.3 does not relate to task 10.5 (Use Case Projects). We must not mix this deliverable with them.

I must clarify that although the task specifically devoted to testing is 10.3, part of the work of task 10.2 is to ensure that the components are working at system level. In other words, T10.2 does the "sanity check" (roughly, basic unit tests to see that the services are up and running) and T10.3 goes into depth testing the functionality and proper integration of a GE with others

Hope this unblocks the whole issue
