[Fiware-testbed] Sanity check

Dear Stefano,

I enclose the sanity check TOC. I have been checking with our system
admins and DBAs around here and asked them  what they would like to do
if they wanted to test an enabler. In fact, I have asked them what they
usually test prior to deep testing when they install anything in
general.  The answer goes enclosed, it is more than a TOC, it has a bit
of text to serve as template.

I also attach something that should go to a section within the TOC of
the admin guides (not in the "Sanity check"). It is something similar
but for a different situation. I also asked them what they would do if
something goes wrong in a system that was working before and want to
perform a quick test to diagnose the problem.
