[Fiware-testbed] today wp10 phc

dear clara,

i sent you already last week the document describing the support we,
as fi-ware, are requested and agreed to provide.
for what concerns ges, we should assure that if there are issues in
using the ge during the poc they should be handled as much as
possible.

it is critical for us, fi-ware, the safecity is a success for what
concerns the usage of fi-ware technologies!

so it is needed during the days before support, if needed in
setting-up the poc, during the experiment, if needed support on call.
this will be provided, if needed, by ibm and siemens for what concerns
their ges.
