[Fiware-testbed] Validation process - new template, current status & next steps

Let me perhaps add a point in the "next steps":
Before sending them out to the use case project, I would suggest to have the questionnaire be presented on the WPL/WPA meeting and given to the chapter-leads for feedback.
This could happen as well offline or online, but the chapter-leads have to know what they

I would place therefor:


6.        Send questionnaire to WPL/WPA for feedback & (optionally) present the questionnaire on the WPL/WPA meeting

7.       Collect feedback from WPL/WPA
Subsequently the other steps will be postponed by two number

8.       I will then compile the xls-sheets with the stable list of questions for every use case

9.       We send out the validation plan and the answer-sheets next week or the week after

Dear colleagues,
Please find attached another version of the questionnaire, hopefully about to be "stable".
I rearranged some questions and reformulated others in order for them to make more sense.
Additionally I started to draft a way on how the UC projects can provide us the answers, at least for the more "complex" questions - namely 4.3 - overall GE validation. Find this one attached for the envirofi-case.

Next steps:

1.       EVERYBODY to check if we can skip or change questions or if we need more

2.       EVERYBODY to check if he is able to answer some of the questions provided in the xls-sheet

3.       Any ideas on how to make it more easy to answer the questions, of if it's really suitable to have the answers of the questions in this particular table format?

4.       Any layout changes & best bets on how to use xls for such a task?

5.       We then basically have to agree on a final list of questions to be asked (deadline: next phc)

6.       I will then compile the xls-sheets with the stable list of questions for every use case

7.       We send out the validation plan and the answer-sheets next week or the week after

dear all,

please find attached a revised version of the validation document as dicussed and agreed today with the fi-ppp ab colleagues.

i also suggets to keep it without the analysys sections and to create two different version: one with just the questionnaire, and another one with the answers and their analysis.

as you can also see from the doc we agreed three snapshots where to collect data: 15 oct, 31 dec, 31 march.
