[Fiware-testbed] I: ***IMPORTANT*** Switch to Testbed V2 cockpit

Dear Paolo,

I have a doubt regarding the presence of the "Store" among the Apps' GEs
for the Testbed V2. The development of the store is part of the 2nd
Amendment (UPM will be assigned that task) and, as you probably know, TID
is waiting to include the new partners that will join the consortium as a
result of the 1st Open Call. We can't declare any efforts until the
Amendment is approved by the EC, so we need to be careful when establishing
these "milestones" or when releasing its architecture, open specs, APIs or
code. TID expects to have the amendment submitted by this month, so I think
we will have something to show for the release 2.2 (by March) as declared
in the tracker.

Apart from that, we are doing our best to minimize the impact of this delay
in the progress of the releases (I hope I'm being clear ;-), but it is
something we can not "put black on white". Please, bear it in mind.
