[Fiware-testbed] *** Important: Deliverable D10.4a - first draft

Dear Stefano,

Tricky question. As much as the last GE takes to be installed. I cannot
foresee how the worst GE is going to perform!

All we can do is produce an intermediate version and deliver it. Then we
can send an update. But the date of the last one will be determined by
the last GE, I fear.
