[Fiware-testbed] WP10 Phc minutes

dear all,

please find attached a revised version of the validation document as
dicussed and agreed today with the fi-ppp ab colleagues.

i also suggets to keep it without the analysys sections and to create two
different version: one with just the questionnaire, and another one with
the answers and their analysis.

as you can also see from the doc we agreed three snapshots where to collect
data: 15 oct, 31 dec, 31 march.
