[Fiware-testbed] WP10 Phc minutes

dear thorsten,

we knew the issue, but on 15 sept there will not be any answer at all ....
so to have a meaningfull set of answer 15th october have been agreed.

btw the review will be after that date and, as this is reported in the ab
minutes, could send questionnaire analysis (although preliminary) at that
time.

of course we have to rush .... i'm sorry, but really no info at the moment
from the uc that make sense!
