[Fiware-testbed] R: status of catalogue

Hi Stefano,

The table reports that the Cloud Edge GEi has still a 'red flag' in the Terms&Conditions page, but the GEi owner Henk Heijnen reminded me that since June he did already a couple of times an update to that page and to others (e.g. the Documentation page, which shows a'yellow flag'), and all of them are currently in state 'Needs review', and therefore not published.

Can you please publish them, or in case there are still issues which inhibit the publication tell us what is required to do?
