[Fiware-testbed] OFNIC Image and Catalogue

Dear Stefano,
thank you for the quick approval, I modified again the Creating Instances
tab by deleting the unused options. I had left them because I found several
other catalogue instances, as "examples", in the same conditions.

Please approve the new draft.
