[Fiware-testbed] today phc minutes

Thanks Stefano, and sorry again for not attending the telco due to a
trip.

 

I have seen you have delayed the periodic telco one hour, which is
impossible to me for attending.

 

Is there any chance to have it in the morning? If it is not the case, I
will follow the minutes after each call.
