[Fiware-testbed] confcall

dear all,

 i do apologise, but due to bad weather all over europe we had problem
at starting the meeting here and thus was not able to re-schedule our
weekly phc.
thortsen just joined, i'll check with him and then let you know if to
go directly to next week.

btw, one of the point we will discuss these days will be about
deliverable (re)schedule including our version of the testbed
architecture due at the end of this month.

the issue for re-scheduling this document is to incorportae useful
news such the requirements for the red.es procurement for phase 2.
