[Fiware-testbed] Programmed maintenance in testbed

Dear all,

The testbed will experience two downtimes in the coming days

1) Jan, 30 (from 9am to 11 am)
2) February, 7 (4 hours at most, from 2am to 6am)

I CC the general list to let you know that apart from the testbed list,
we use twitter now to broadcast the testbed status
(https://twitter.com/FWTestbedStatus). If you follow it you will have
the info first hand always.
