[Fiware-testbed] minutes of the phc of today

dear Miguel,

only the chapter 3 part of cockpit is ready!! the rest still to be
finalised. as you migth remember this will be ready for our weekly phc of
this thuesday, so do not to distribute the cockpit now as this can create
huge misunderstandings.....

on the other end, if you mean that the comments of your colleagues are on
chapter 3, than yes fwd them immediately to thorsten and me so we can
adjust everything before this thuesday.

did the others testbed team colleagues checked their own chapters as agreed
and reported in the last meeting minute?
