[Fiware-testbed] ppr revised according to the phc of yesterday - submitted version

For convenience, please find attached the final version of the WP10 report sent to the coordinator for the PPR (addressing comments coming from IBM-CH and INRIA).

  dear all,

  as immediate reaction to an ap agreed yesterday and minuted about the ppr, please find attached a revised version of the ppr.

  in summary i took out all "individual" refernces from the first part making it a wp view and than harmonising those information in the relevant task descriptions. it means there is no change in the content only the correct positioning of it in the report.

  please have a look at it by today so finally we will submit tomorrow.

  reading again this ppr i'd like to thank you all again for the huge and outstanding work provided in the period!
