Dear colleagues, please find attached the most current version with updated content in almost all chapters - thanks for every contribution done so far - I think the quality of the deliverable actually improved a lot over the last days - we are on a very good track - but still we need some content and overall a lot of "judgement" or "rationals" and/or "implemented measures", which can be only inputted from the project management team (juanjo/stefano?!). Overivew of missing content (AFAIT): 1. use case specific Clara -> Envirofi Stefano -> OUTSMART 2. Overview FI-WARE project management judgements in chapter "FI-WARE level analysis" (WPL or Juanjo/stefano) Additionally I would like to invite for review of the content as attached - please provide your feedback - even in "comments" where you think we hit the spot of the reviewers or where we still need to improve. The mitigation strategy for non-existing content currently would be: - Tuesday the latest I finalize the text & delete every missing contribution - Wednesday -> Thursday - final review - Next Friday - I can have the latest additions and feedback from the review of the commin weeks (the sooner you review, the better for me!!) - Next Friday: submission to EC as planned Any comments or additions, highly welcome. Wish everybody a nice weekend. /Thorsten From: fiware-testbed-bounces at lists.fi-ware.eu [mailto:fiware-testbed-bounces at lists.fi-ware.eu] On Behalf Of Sandfuchs, Thorsten Sent: Donnerstag, 31. Oktober 2013 13:15 To: fiware-testbed at lists.fi-ware.eu Subject: [Fiware-testbed] D.10.5.2b - use case specific analysis as discussion on the last Phc Dear colleagues, let me shortly summarize the status and tasks in relation to finalizing the validation-analysis content wrt the use case project analysis. We will jointly write the use case scenario analysis based on the free-text format, provided by use cases in phase one. We will work on the wiki page: https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/testbed/index.php/Use_Case_scenario_analysis For FINEST I started already the summary their answers to the validation context / scenario questionnaire as an example. The main dimensions I took were the following (already in wiki, syntax for you to copy, see below): scenario overview, GE specific questions, use case specific quotes In the Phc we distributed the work like this: John -> smart agrifood Clara -> Envirofi Tarek & Salvatore -> FINSENY Thorsten -> FINEST Pier -> Instant Mobility Stefano -> OUTSMART FI-CONTENT - currently not assigned (!) If you find relevant information, which deem relevant for the "upper"-sections of this page - namely "Main inhibitors identified by the use case projects" and "overall confidence and tension of tone" - please just not only fill them in "your" chapter specific parts, but as well in these subchapters. As you can see in my analysis of FINEST, I really concentrated on the most relevant parts - there is still room for improving the surrounding text, but I can't work on this part currently, therefore open for suggestions in your subchapters. The relevant questionnaire answers is part of the wiki page and linked from there - therefore I think it's easy to start. Timeline: * analysis should be provided ASAP, but not later than 5th of November. * There will be the need to comment on the findings as well in these sections or in one overall section from FI-WARE management. * Overall submission envisioned for the 15th November of number the latest (currently not confirmed by European commission, stefano or Juanjo !!!) * 1st review to start on the 6th of November * still many open contributions missing for the other chapters Thanks for all of your constant support, /Thorsten Here is the blueprint for the section headings already in wiki-syntax (as well open for suggestions on how to improve the heading-text, welcome :)): == Scenario overview == {{Remark|shortly describe the validated scenario and what/who/where/when the validation took place}} == GE specific questions == {{Remark|Question VC.5 and VC.6 (GE cover requirements of the prototype) and (positive/negative comments/feedback) on the GE-level }} == GE specific question and provided answers == ; Lows : something ; High : something == Comments by FI-WARE Management == {{Remark|Here fi-ware management (WPL/WPA or other content personel) should comment: * was the usage as anticipated * are we happy with the results/validation * what did we do in order to tackle identified obstacles * what would we do again (as being rated high) }} Related wiki page (again :)): https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/testbed/index.php/Use_Case_scenario_analysis -- Thorsten Sandfuchs SAP AG | Vincenz-Priessnitz-Strasse 1 | D-76131 Karlsruhe, Germany | www.sap.com<http://www.sap.com/> Pflichtangaben/Mandatory Disclosure Statements: http://www.sap.com/company/legal/impressum.epx Diese E-Mail kann Betriebs- oder Geschäftsgeheimnisse oder sonstige vertrauliche Informationen enthalten.
