[Fiware-testbed] Some guidelines for going to FI-LAB

Dear all

It seems there are a lot of confusion about what is needed to go to FI-LAB.
1.- If your GE is a global instance, you need to provide an image in the testbed. Then, the testbed  team will check it and deploy in the FI-LAB. You have to take into account, that your GE should be Oath-security, which means that your image should include it.
2.- If you GE is a dedicated instance you need to satisfy:
2.1- You need to create an image
2.2.- you need to create recipes for your GE.
