[Fiware-testbed] FI-WARE WP10 weekly phc

Hi,

as in the past ~4 months nobody used webex, I'm not starting it 
automatically (it needs to be started by me). If there's a need, please 
let me know and I'll start it.

BTW: Due to an overlapping meeting I can't participate today, but I 
started the phoneconf.
