[Fiware-testbed] Guidelines for going to FI-LAB (dedicated instances)

Dear all

In order to go to FI-LAB you need to satisfy all the requiremtnes documented in the following page [1]. Regarding dedicated instances, you will need:
1.- To have deployed a global instance of your GE in the testbed
2.- This GE should have passed the sanity checks
3.- You need to create an image [2]
4.- The testbed team will pass the sanity checks of your image

Please update the cockpit with the information [3]. Mainly, you need to specify the image name, and the 20% in the Configured Images status.
