[Fiware-testbed] different access to the GE instances

Any ideas? Note that this is the PPP testbed, not FI-Lab

We have noticed different behavior of the catalogue testbed regarding the GE instances, if I access TI Publish/Subscribe GE e.g. http://pubsub.testbed.fi-ware.eu/ngsicbapi it works and no authentication is required.
But, if I'm accessing the Semantic Annotation http://semantican.testbed.fi-ware.org/ or http://semantican.testbed.fi-ware.eu/ajax/extract_words.php it is asking the authentication or cannot access the resource.

I don't remember neither a differentiation of the GE instances from this point-of-view nor email saying that something is changed there.

May you please help me to figure out where is the problem and if it is something wrong to solve it?
