[Fiware-testbed] weekly phc new connection details

dear miguel and all,

btw, nobody ever show from finland to wp10 weekly phc although they should
....

if somebody from finland will say something before tomorraw at 10:00 or
show-up at the call i, tomorrow at the call, will discuss this issue.
