[Fiware-testbed] d10.1.3 for delivery

Hi All,

I think I can provide the answer: the SAP enablers are not published on FI-Lab because the catalogue pages were waiting for validation (after guides validation which took more time than expected). Catalogue pages were validated last week I think so the last step to be published officially in FI-Lab can happen only now.
