Dear WP10 partners,
the status of WP10 PPR is very critical, up to now more than 30 partners did not add their contributions. Please bear in mind that on February 2nd (Monday) we will submit the D1.2.6 to the Coordinator, since after that we'll have to focus on the Final Report too.

  Dear WP10 partners,
  As you may know we have a strict deadline to prepare the final reporting for the FIWARE project.

  We have to submit two Reports at the end of the project: the Project Periodic Report (PPR - D.1.2.6), covering the last period, i.e. M25-M44 (May 2013 – December 2014) and the Final Report (FR), which is an overall summary of the project activities and results during its whole lifetime.

  For the PPR, we need contributions from each of you related to your activities, results, possible deviations within WP10, from M25 to M44. Once we have all your contributions to the WP10 PPR, we (ENG) will take care of drafting the WP10 section in the FR (taking into account what you reported too).

  In order to have time to integrate and check all the sections of the PPR, the deadline for your contribution for WP10 is January 28th EoB. Of course, this does not apply to those partners that left at M36 and that already sent us their contributions for the PPR.

  There is a template prepared by the Coordinator to be compiled (per partner) available at: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kUUTtpWkEFnz_3j-S63k6TVjLHqOvf_Gwc5PRBy4WXs/edit?pli=1#heading=h.fesd1j8kqxnj The section to be filled-in by each partner is Chapt. 5 - "Use of resources".  

  In addition, Task Leaders have to provide overall information and to compile related sections for those tasks under their responsibility, in particular:

  TID as leader of Task 10.2: FI-WARE Integration 
  TID as leader of Task 10.4: Support to the Capacity Building and Infrastructure Support Project
  SAP as leader of Task 10.5: Support to validation by Use Case projects
  TID as leader of Task 10.7: Connection of FI-LAB and Smartcities
  TID as leader of Task 10.8: Creation and support of FI-WARE Regional Centers in Brazil

  Please make sure ASAP that you have the grants to edit this googleDoc, otherwise soon let me  know. Kindly notify me once your contribution is finished and inserted in the template.

  Should you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us, it’s very important to respect this strict deadline.
