[Fiware-tools] Wp9 status

Dear All,
the document is progressing and I want to thank for the contributions 
received so far.
There are many comments that needs to be addressed as soon as possible 
and we (ENG) will update the Use Case diagrams as soon as possible. 
Concerning the Use Case scenarios descriptions I need your help to 
finalize some of them.

The new version has been uploaded in the FI-WARE forge and replace the 
previous version.

In the meantime Davide is also transferring the document in the proper 
template as requested by the Juanio Hierro.
