[Fiware-tools] preparing the Rome Meeting

Dear Partners,

to make the upcoming meeting even more profitable in terms of activity 
planning,
I kindly ask you to identify (based on our technical docuement):
- what will be delivered at the end of the project (especially for the 
partners responsible for specific parts)
- split the features according to the main milestones M12 - M24 - M36

all this in order to better define our road map.
