[Fiware-tools] requirements for the features of the wiki

Dear all,
in very short time I would like to send our requirements to the support team
in order to have a powerful collaborative infrastructure.
please send me your requests to complete the list below.

WIKI:
- WYSIWYG editor
- pdf/doc/odt export of:
     - one page
     - multiple pages
- enable the "watch"
- something to browse the attachments of a page

FORGE:
- fix the svn commit issue
