[Fiware-tools] Second version of the questionnaire

Thank you Davide for preparing the Wiki page and thank you Tim for taking care of the list for 9.3.

One important question I have is:

"How are GE specifications defined? Do they define the interface of the GEs in a standard/commonly-accepted language?"

Where do we put this question?

The rest look fine to me.

you can find into the wiki a page dedicated to the questionnaire, there is the last version
we edited on google with already some additions.

I moved here all the questions proposed for the first version, even it was send only with
a restricted set of those.

Now you can review, edit and update your section of the questionnaire.
I remind you to take care of editing using the right side [Edit] link in order to
reduce the risk of concurrent editing.

The deadline for finalizing the second version of the questionnaire is next Wednesday 30th EOB.
