[Fiware-tools] Document update

Dear Partners,
here is an updated version (first and second chapters) of the document.
I ask you to review and complete the use cases descriptions acceding to:
EAB - Catalogue
ATOS/ENG - CDE
UDE/SAP/IBM - Test & Validation

We are waiting for Juanjo to set up into the wiki the entry point for 
our document
and for the backlog items ... so in the mean time I ask you to proceed 
in parallel
with a detailed description of the the User Stories that you will work 
in the first
sprint (November).

don't take care of the document layout (I'm editing it mostly with 
LibreOffice) because
as soon as possible it will be moved into the wiki.

Now I'll proceed with the Architecture chapter.
