[Fiware-tools] populating the wiki

Dear WP9ers,

I configured the ToC as single page in the wiki and
I started to move the document (form the svn one)

there are pros and cons with this configuration, let's start
like this and if we discover this one not convenient for our
collaboration we'll split it in one page per chapter.

when you start inserting the contents I strongly suggest to
use the [edit] link at the right of the section you want
to update ... this will help to avoid concurrent editing
that may cause some data loss.

Also the Backlog page is ready and it follow the structure
of the Use Cases into the document.

Let me know if you agree with the starting configuration
or if you have some suggestion/comment ...

I'll take care of the forge configuration (user roles and tickets)
as soon as possible.
