[Fiware-tools] Proposed names for our environment

Few months ago I run a call for possible name to give to our 
environment. The EC and reviewers told us that DevComE is awful and MUST 
be changed.
Till now here they are the proposals:
- CommuniFI
- F-IDE-WARE, that is FIDEWARE
- FIWARE-CoDE (meaning FI-WARE Community Development Environment)

Any other idea is more than welcome as I would like to run the new name 
asap let's say mid of September.
