[Fiware-tools] New Nane

[Matteo Melideo]

Dear All,
in the end the new name to be used for our environment will be FI-CoDE 
(meaning Future Internet - Community Development Environment).
Is there someone who can tweet on this?


 From now on DevComE disappear.

Our Ecplise release, when all the plugins will be ready is: FI-CoDE 
Eclipse package.
