[Fiware-tools] Methodology document

[Matteo Melideo]

Dear All,
in order to avoid problems with my nervous system, I decided to work 
locally on the methodology document not using anymore Google documents.
I will upload the document in the SVN under the deliverable section.

In addition to this if for you it is not a problem I would use 
LibreOffice as it is more stable than my World editor.

Please, for any modification please remind to use the track changes to on.
