[Fiware-tools] Server machine ready

Dear All,
the server environment for the WP tools is now ready.
There is a FusionForge installation up and running, that we are
using to develop the FF plug-in and wizards.
you can find that FF at http://fiware.eng.it

this is the environment where all the server side components
will be installed and tested.
