I must be missing some mail from you, perhaps the mailing list is dropping emails? The latest date I received from you regarding the conference call (copied below) stated that the demo would be on the 28th (tuesday) at 11:30pm (I assumed you meant am).

Dear All,
this is to confirm that the next conference call will be on the 28th at 11.30 PM.

Up to now only Yosu cannot make it but I guess a person available to replace him is available in ATOS. Right?

No problems at all Fredrik, fine with your solutions that as I said if perfectly reasonable.

The conference call will be on Wednesday as I wrote in my mail yesterday. It is possible it will last a bit more than just an hour due to the various demos and presentations.

Technical issues are pretty common with the setup of things like that, considering that we are attempting to get several persons from different organizations and different countries to connect, not to mention that we will have multiple persons showing their separate demos. We often seem to have problems even getting something as simple as a phone conference going and getting everyone to be able to hear everyone else...

My intention was to speed things up a bit since it would probably be more rewarding to play around with the catalogue yourself anyway rather than having me click through it, and since it is a server based software it is easy for everyone to connect to it with no installation required. I will move on with my suggested solution as long as there are no further objections.

By the way, there are only a couple of working days left before the demo meeting, if you intend to extend it beyond the regular time slot of tuesday 11:30 to 12:30 CET then please do so as soon as possible.

Fredrik hi,
your first sentence seems to be a little pessimistic, doesn't it? How can you say since now that "this would undoubtedly lead to technical problems "? Did you already test this solution before? What is the time slot for the meeting? We can also decide to make it a bit longer due to the demo session and the fact that most likely we will not have any f2f meeting!!

Said that, your approach is also feasible but I hope you can send us everything before the conference call so that during this we can ask you questions and clarifications, if any.
