[Fiware-tools] Architecture document

Dear All,
during the today WPL/WPA joint meeting we agreed to move our 
contribution, to
the Architecture deliverable, to the FI-WARE Private Wiki in order to 
let Juanjo and
the other partners to review and comment it. Some of the contents of the 
architecture
deliverable will be published (opened to the public) tomorrow. Our 
chapter will
be published the 6th of March, in order to have time for review and update.

This means that:

- I'm going to MOVE our chapter from the Tools Private Wiki to the 
FI-WARE Private Wiki;
I'll do this asap, at the very latest tomorrow morning.

- after this, all further changes will be done directly on the FI-WARE 
Private Wiki;
I ask you to verify that you have access to that wiki.
