Oh I am really sorry - I just overread that one sentence. Sorry! :(

... I asked to not include the topics of the Questionnaire because they're
already there ... and of course that's the starting point for all the joint sessions.

Hi Davide,

thanks for all that information and for the initial draft of an agenda.

I would suggest to have a specific time slot in each joint meeting where there is time to speak about open/unanswered questions from the questionnaire. For WP3 for example, we have explicit questions. For WP4, too. But maybe we should identify in advance, which questions need to be posed in the joint sessions.

What do the others think?

Cheers
Tim

Dear All,
here is another update ...
now we have confirmed the bilateral meetings with:
- Cloud
- Apps
- Security
- I2ND
- Testbed (added on Thursday after lunch)

the meeting with IoT will probably move to Thursday in a
trilateral session Tools-Data-IoT ... I'm not i favor of that
but it seems there are no other options ...

I add also a document that I started to prepare in order to
support the various joint sessions. I share it with you so you can
add and send me (by 20/01) your notes. Don't add what's already into the
Questionnaire. I suggest to spend some minutes and take a quick look
at the overviews paragraphs of each WP of the Product Vision wiki
page
https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FI-WARE_Product_Vision

cheers,
Davide

Dear All,

here is another small update for the Madrid meeting,
unfortunately I still haven't received all the confirmation
for our bilateral meeting ... anyway ... our main goal
are those meetings that are spread between Tuesday morning
and Thursday noon.

It would be very important that you attend all of those.
We will wrap-up the meeting on Thursday afternoon, and
we can close the meeting by 16.00.

Said that, I ask you to confirm me as soon as possible the days
you'll be there because I have to report the numbers for logistic reasons.

thank you,
Davide

Dear All,

the process for defining the bilateral meetings is started
... but let me only say that's not so fast and easy ...

anyway, you can find attached an updated agenda with in bold
the only confirmation I received so far.

I'll update you again as soon as possible.

Davide.
