Hi,

   Based on inputs received, please find enclosed the general guidelines 
I have passed to the UPM team regarding design of the look&feel for 
FI-WARE Portals and Websites.

   Essentially, we will go for the design in sketch 2, with the 
following amendments:

  * format of buttoms/tabs/input-boxes, etc will be less rounded, along
    the lines of what is shown in sketch 3
  * layout of information web pages should be a mix between sketches 2
    and 3, mostly similar to 3
  * Font for items at the level of "System Panel" in the dashboard
    should have the same font as tabs (same as text "Select a month to
    query ...")
  * Rows 1, 3 and 5 in the dashboard seem to be a little bit rosy/pink
    ... probably it would look better if it is bluish or even metal grey
  * Number in "displaying 5" in the dashboard seems like should be blue

    Next step will be that the UPM will produce a final sketch, and from 
then on, will develop the different guides, web resources, etc.

   For your convenience, please find below the initial sketches designed 
by the UPM.
