Hi all,

   Despite I assume all of us are responsible and takes care of the APs 
that have been identified and listed in the shared document we are 
producing, let me summarize them as to confirm we are all on the same page:

  * Each Technical Chapter Leader (including Tools) should prepare a
    presentation of about 7 slides covering the following items.   First
    draft should be ready be June 15th 09:00am CET:
      o Major achievements (note: don't miss mentioning Open Specifications)
      o High-level Architecture
      o Reviewers' comments on Architecture
      o Results to be delivered in the 1st Release
      o Technical Roadmap
      o Specific Risk Management Plan
      o Feedback by UC projects (educational weeks or thanks to any
        other interaction)
  * Stefano to prepare presentation on Testbed.   Deadline for 1st
    draft: June 15th, 09:00am CET
  * Juan Bareño to prepare presentation on Exploitation.   Deadline for
    1st draft: June 15th, 09:00am CET
  * Carlos Ralli to prepare presentation on Collaboration, Communication
    and Dissemination.   Since he depends on updates from all, deadline
    will be June 18th, 09:00am
  * WP Leaders should check that all contributions regarding
    Collaboration, Communication and Dissemination they may be aware of
    has been sent to Carlos (deadline for this was EOB yesterday).   At
    least, should have estimulated responses from partners to Carlos'
    requests as he suggested in his original email (sent on May 10th, so
    there is no excuse)
  * Engineering to collect and provide list of developers-oriented
    events that may be interesting to target from October 2012 on.  
    Will report on progress during our confcall this Friday.   I remind
    all chapter leaders that they should have sent their contributions
    by EOB yesterday)
  * All WPLs/WPAs to come with proposal of events to add to the list of
    events in answer to recommendation R[1][2][9] by end of this week.


   Please don't understimate the ability of partners in your respective 
chapters/WPs to contribute to some of the APs, e.g. identification of 
events.   The requests from Carlos regarding updates to the 
Collaboration, Communication and Dissemination deliverable should have 
also been distributed among partners of your WP.
