[Fiware-tools] Bugs Tracker

Dear Partners,
I set up a tracker on the FI-WARE forge that is:
- used to notify bugs from the users of our tools
- public and open to non-logged users

I've configured some custom field and I would like to keep
them at the minimum as possible, but let me know if you
think that's something missing.

at the moment the available assets are the FusionForge connector
and the Catalogue.

@EAB: let me know the version numbers you need to track
