[Fiware-tools] Solution to sync the roadmap with the DoW concerning the Wp9

Dear Juanjo,
your last mail with subject " Sync on what we have to capture in the 
Technical Roadmap" is very clear and probably I did not get it very well.

Now, to figure out the problem in the subject of this mail and close it, 
my proposal is the following:
1) for the first year we do not make any official release of 
Testing\Validation and Deployment tools (as you suggested) in the 
technical roadmap but at the review we would like to show the progresses 
we did for any of the just mentioned tools showing proof-of-concepts, 
running demo and whatever available to demonstrate we are contractually 
on-time.
2) we want to claim a delay for the methodology as this is something 
that at the right moment is not really helpful to have and a lot of 
information is still not completely clear or available. Anyway, we have 
also started to write this document and, in this respect, my proposal is 
to show to the reviewers and the P.O. the TOC of the methodology with 
some preliminary contents we have already started to write. In this way 
we can collect feedbacks and suggestions from the P.O. and the reviewers 
since the beginning.

Please let me know what you think about this so that we can also better 
plan our work.
