[Fiware-tools] Deployment document review

Hi Osama,
we're starting to publish the deployment document as extension of the 
"FI-WARE DevComE technical description"
I ask you a review the _introduction_ and _macro use cases_ chapters; 
for your convenience, you can do it
directly from the private version here:
https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/tools/index.php/Deployment

Obviously, any comments (from any partner) is more than welcome, and to 
speed up
the review and integration process, I ask you to export/copy the text 
part in a doc/odt
file and use the review feature enabled
... than send us the document.

I kindly ask you send all your comments by tomorrow, 30/05 EOB in order
