[Fiware-tools] Deliverables front pages

Hi Roozbeh,
your're right in principle, here the point is that the tools have been 
reported
accordingly to the deliverables and WP tasks ... basically all are 
Eclipse plug-ins.

As you know today we close and submit the deliverables, I kindly ask you to
fill the Information section of SoPeCo ... I've prepared it, empty, here:
https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/tools/index.php/SoPeCo#Information

If you can take care of it as soon as possible because of I would like 
to avoid
to have it empty into the final deliverable.
