Dear All, I think this remark from Juanjo is very reasonable and it was my fault to not notice this before. In the Terms of Condition excel file (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AopQnlLhngy9dFlRTzR0SFI4dmx2Sk5mUGR0QjJUVEE#gid=0), you reported that NO MAINTAINANCE is provided at all and this is not good neither in case of open source nor in case of closed source. I would suggest, perfectly in line with Juanjo, to claim either "no support is warranted unless contracted somehow" or, even better, "maintain but no new release".
