[Fiware-tools] Requirements from UC projects

Dear All,
as you know the deadline, for extracting interesting information and 
possible requirements
from the questionnaire we circulated to the UC projects, is passed.

but it's a pity to see that no one contributed to what I've done.

We asked the UC projects to fill out our questions ... the minimum, now, 
is to take them into account.
Tomorrow, during the conf call, we can check this point.
