[Fiware-tools] IMPORTANT - Tutorials and Webinars

Dear partners,

about the Tutorials chapter of the FI-CoDE Handbook, it has been decided 
that, for each tool,
to report a pointer to the published resources that are the official pdf 
produced for the M12 deliverables
and the public wiki pages.
With this approach the content of the Tutorials can be published 
directly on the wiki pages avoiding to
replicate the same content in different places, and also allowing to 
reuse what is already available from those entries.
It's strongly suggested to use the content of the Tutorials also as 
content for the Webinars.

I kindly ask you to provide a feedback on the proposed calendar for the 
webinars.
