[Fiware-tools] On the roadmap: some clarifications ...

Dear All,
some additional clarifications on the work to do and the rationale.

The first important point to emphasise is that we are now independent 
from the official D2.4 deliverable and we can arrange the roadmap 
according to our needs and expectations.
The second point to stress is that this work is necessary in order to 
make the stakeholders not directly involved in FI-WARE able to 
understand what we are doing and well having also a more high level view 
(i.e. Epics).

Said that, Davide improved the description on the Roadmap in the meeting 
minutes and in the meantime is preparing a description to follow as 
reference example.

Please read at the minutes and in case of problems let Davide and me 
know. Please remind that the deadline to close it (I hope once and for 
all) is next Friday 7th of September eob.
